Calgary Bible Events for Every Season
Canadian Bible Training Centres hosts Calgary Bible events throughout the year, from conferences and weekly Bible study to prayer and outreach. Every event is a chance to worship, learn from God’s Word and meet other believers. Most gatherings take place at the Alberta Bible College Chapel, 635 Northmount Dr NW, and several can also be joined online.
Prophetic Conference
Our Prophetic Conference brings powerful praise and worship, prayer, teaching and prophetic ministration as the Spirit leads. This year it runs on October 1, 2 and 3, 2026. Come expectant and pray towards the conference. You can join in person or online on YouTube, and registration is required through our Eventbrite page.
Free Thursday Bible Study
Every Thursday we dive right into the Word of God. We open with praise and worship and announcements before students break into classrooms. Bible study is free, and in person is preferred. In October it meets on the 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th.
Weekly Prayer Line and Monday Night Evangelism
Join the CBTC weekly prayer line on Zoom, Monday to Friday at 6:00 a.m., 5:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Mountain time, to pray and grow in your prayer life. On Monday evenings at 6:30 p.m., outreach teams go out across Calgary, and students can gain practical experience sharing the gospel. New to Calgary Bible events at Canadian Bible Training Centres? You are very welcome. Bring your Bible and a notebook, arrive a few minutes early, and expect a warm greeting. Our gatherings are open to students, alumni, churches and community friends, and most are free.
